Gail is an experienced senior member of staff for NHS England-South East who has worked in the NHS within the highly specialised area of EPPR for over 30 years in a range of roles from frontline clinical and managerial experience to her current role as Head of Emergency Preparedness covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey Heath, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
Her ability to work and act in the operational, tactical and strategic fields of EPRR has been substantiated by the number of key projects that she has led on and completed not only for the local and regional health economy but for multi-agency partners and national partners. This engagement at all levels has given her the appreciation of how things work on the ground up to the strategic decisions that formulate EPRR policies and procedures.
Her extensive years in the NHS have given her the ability to be effective and adept at planning, training, responding and initiating recovery within the EPRR process. She is a driver of change and vision and strives to avoid duplication in order to provide a seamless and consistent work ethic.
