Disaster preparation, response and recovery for national resilience communities

The past years saw an unprecedented number of terrorist attacks and activity within the UK. With the threat level only just changed to "substantial", it is necessary to maintain a high level of preparedness and ensure an effective response when the unthinkable happens.

A cross-government approach is necessary, and for this reason the Ambition Conference will seek to bring together the entire emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR) chain, ranging from senior emergency planners to operational first responders from the ambulance services, fire/rescue and specialist counter terror police.
